Program Overview
Leadership Tejas is a 6-month intensive program designed to develop and elevate Hispanic leaders across Texas. Through dynamic workshops, personalized mentorship, and real-world projects, participants gain the skills, confidence, and community support to lead effectively in any field.

Time Commitment
- Program Duration: April – September (6 Months)
- In-Person Sessions: Full-day sessions held on Fridays and Saturdays
- Virtual Training: One online session per month (60–90 minutes)
- Location: In-person classes will rotate across various cities in Texas
Participant Responsibilities
Leadership Tejas participants are responsible for covering their own travel, lodging, and meal expenses throughout the duration of the program.
Leadership Tejas Tuition:
Tuition for Class II $1,400 | payment plans available
Scholarship assistance is available; however, due to limited funding, awards will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Early application is strongly encouraged.
Scholarship assistance is available contingent upon the availability of funds. As resources are limited, awards will be disbursed on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants are advised to submit completed application at the earliest opportunity to be considered for funding.
